My name is Daniel Bettencourt, owner of Kaizen 3D Prints, located in the Pacific Northwest. I am a full time massage therapist turning into a full time 3D textile designer. I currently print with 11 Bambu lab machines (A1, P1P and P1S), 1 Elegoo Neptune max 4 and a Peopoly Magneto X.

Kaizen 3D Prints is about pushing the boundaries of 3D printed fabrics and textiles. I work with cosplayers, fashion designers, and high-end brands to create works of art, both functional and fashionable. I love helping others' imagination come to life with the use of 3D design, patterning, and printing. Located out of our home, I live and breathe this passion for 3D fashion. Our only limit is our imagination!

4 ghosts in a frame 3mf.3mf

Boo! Here is a simple print on fabric design. They are approximately 4.5" x 6", with a loop at the top to hang them from. There are 4 different patterns. I'm currently printing up a glow in the dark orange with a black frame and illusion mesh from www.dfwfabricmart.com as well as a recycled plastic rainbow version - both on holographic plates. You can make them any color you'd like!

These are set at 1.2mm thick, 5 layers at .24mm thickness with a .4mm nozzle. (You can adjust to .72mm overall height if you'd like a faster print) There is a 3mf file that has a pause command added at layer 4 with preset speeds. You can also download the individual STL files if you'd like to play around with your own settings. A good rule of thumb is to keep your layer height at your fabric thickness. I print between 35-50mm/s.

These files are free to download and are for personal use only.

I've included my generic printing on fabric guide as well. If you have any questions, Please send me an email at Kaizen3DPrints@gmail.com
