Easy to print Keychain Pegboard Hook Holder

Premade supports for the Bottom you can either remove them or keep them as part of the sealed base its up to you!
Uses standard 1" spacing /w 6mm hook diameters

Hollow bottom for you to add weights like BB's or Pellets (supports included in design)

Hardware needed:

x2 M3 Heat inserts or 1/2" Screws per Spinner bottom
Pellets or BB's
2.5x1mm Zip Ties
10 or 12x3 or 10 or 12x4 magnet (top cap for price tag options)
1" Wood doweling (height is up to you but recommend no more then 2 stacks tall)

OrangePi Zero 2 - Case

Designed this model to hold and support the BigTreeTech Manta M8P board

uses the 4040 extrusion and T-nuts to secure it to the sides and back but will utilize the existing holes for cable management. 

It will be slightly tight to install it's still manageable just need to really utilize cable management.

I added the file to cults and support would be awesome to help me develop more models for similar items, or buy me a coffee if you like my work to help cover the costs of materials (physical boards and filament to prototype) and development time

 

Testing is still being conducted to add extra features and fixes to airflow and cable management 
This is still considered a work in progress, the design will have minor tweaks and adjustments as the community let's me know. And testing of my own board is done!

Easy to print and assemble most is just pressure fit and if you wish yo use glue that's up to you!

 

Test prints have been very successful and just finishing the final Display prints!

 

I added custom printable rollers that will accept up to 40mm rolls in the middle and up to 75mm rolls for the outside. I will be working on a heavier version for the 5kg rolls here soon

I designed it to drop in the mini spool it should fit into a groove point in the model then just secure the ends with an M2 or M2.5 bolt and nut. i added multiple outer holes in the event you need difference spacing or have various sizes since the nut will more or less become one with the ring after installation.

 

Printing:

10-45% infil
4/4 Top bottom layers
3-5 walls
 

Materials:

any will work PETG or ABS prefered
50-55 grams and 1.15-1.45hrs to print

Used to hold the bed down while printing full bed models that have the potential to curl up the bed edges

There is slight total print height loss, do double check your clearance by homing and lowering the bed 250mm. Measure your height with adapter installed from there and adjust your master print height 

Use at your own risk and be cautious of the bed height limits to so you don't break anything.

Printing:

High infill (30-40%) recommend
4-5 Walls with the brackets on there sides to give better layer strength
Appropriate material to the bed temperature, ABS and higher strongly advised 
Caution:

-on back left placement is important so it doesn't catch the purge dump bin
Bed stop's 35mm from top of bed to base, these adapters are 43mm or  10mm higher. Essentially you'll lose 10-15mm of totally print height in theory.
reduces the outer edge by 5mm
use the P1P start Gcode and copy it into your slicer file to avoid the clips

Print in an acceptable materials no PLA for ABS etc…

Wanted a filament holder that was further back and had a better incorporation to my P1P glass top modification so designed my own version to match my requirements'/needs

 

Instructions:

Just insert the heat insert apply a little glue to joint place together and put in the M4 bolt to just help secure the pieces

Using the Bambu Armour mod as a baseline i've created a door version to use the X1 glass door incorporated into the P1P case mod.

right side is just being worked on and i'll update it with the similar designs once completed
I've tested smaller pieces and they have fit amazing so consider this a Beta print and should work as designed. Some minor post processing may be required for to tolerance and maybe settings.

I'm not incredibly happy with the BL design for the connection pins for the two pieces and will look into possibly making it stronger by using M3 heat inserts to help secure them together better

 

I'll do a more formal write up in the coming days but the items you'll need are:

x2 3mm high magnets
x4 M4x12-16 bolts and nuts
x1 M3 heat insert /w 8mm bolt
x1 X1 door
Bambu supplies plastic screws
x2 2mm rods approx. 25mm long
i have included a sliced file as well with both the BL Armor Mod and the one that adapts into my top glass mod design so be mindful of which one you select it'll pretty obvious 

 

Reduced the material to about 60g per piece and should print both x2 side pieces in around 4hrs

Designed for a quick usage until a full case mod can be created but gives the user a glass top to protect the Head and allow an AMS unit to be stored on top.

Things to accomplish/add:

PFTE tube addition built-in or as an add-on option - completed
Multiple color options for AMS unit's
Built-in Y splitting option - completed
 

Easy print will require some supports orientation is up to you i would print it top down and mild supports for the overhangs and parts to give it better bed adhesion

 

will require a mixture of M3 and M2.5 bolts and nuts from the 8-12mm length and the occasional nut as not all holes are threaded or required i just punched holes according to the frame.

 

Some fit testing may be required as it is a semi snug fit to top of unit.

 

Will also work with my Remixed top slider and LED enclosure that's currently in development and also working on a full case enclosure mod

I have fit tested it ot my P1P's and they fit i did a few minor revisions that are untested but should give it more accessibility and better fits.

Assembly:

Install the adapter onto you 1st stage butter (it will be tight and you'll likely hear x2 small pops to seat it properly
place the collar around the pneumatic fitting and gently slide it into the back hole and pess the fitting into the hole
place screw into hole and use an allen key to secure it
slide in PFTE tube until it is all the way in (its highly recommended to use 3-4" of extra PTFE tubing to reduce filament rolls from jumping inside the AMS when they get lower in material)
Start printing and enjoy!

Printing Difficulty 6/10 due to supports and parts cooling

for best settings:
- Ensure you have proper retraction and bed level settings
- Set model 1-2mm above build plate
- 0.20mm layer heights
- Enable supports,
from bed only
10% support wall density
90-95% support top/bottom density

Speed can be anything from 45mm/s to 100mm/s depending on your machines settings (mine was done at 150mm/s with heavy upgrades)
Parts cooling is required in a few areas and would recommend a minimum layer print time of 10s or more if you dont have adequate cooling
Supports should if calibrated properly peel right off with only a little effort applied
