Using the Bambu Armour mod as a baseline i've created a door version to use the X1 glass door incorporated into the P1P case mod.
right side is just being worked on and i'll update it with the similar designs once completed I've tested smaller pieces and they have fit amazing so consider this a Beta print and should work as designed. Some minor post processing may be required for to tolerance and maybe settings.
I'm not incredibly happy with the BL design for the connection pins for the two pieces and will look into possibly making it stronger by using M3 heat inserts to help secure them together better
I'll do a more formal write up in the coming days but the items you'll need are:
x2 3mm high magnets x4 M4x12-16 bolts and nuts x1 M3 heat insert /w 8mm bolt x1 X1 door Bambu supplies plastic screws x2 2mm rods approx. 25mm long i have included a sliced file as well with both the BL Armor Mod and the one that adapts into my top glass mod design so be mindful of which one you select it'll pretty obvious
Reduced the material to about 60g per piece and should print both x2 side pieces in around 4hrs
