Nook Simple Touch Front Panel
I recently dug my old Nook e-reader out of storage and found that the soft-touch front panel finish had decayed into a sticky mess. I tried a couple of other designs out there, but I wasn't quite happy with them; either the buttons weren't quite right, or the size was just a tad off. Or maybe my printer isn't quite tuned in to micron precision, idk. Point is I made this one.
This front panel is almost a perfect fit on my Nook. The curved corners don't quite fit perfectly, but the gap is less than a millimeter, so it's good enough for me for now. Maybe I'll fix it in a future revision.
I printed in PLA at 0.2mm layer height with ironing for a nice smooth finish. Now to replace this thing's super-dead battery...
