I made a 5/8" threaded to a 3/4" slip adapter that I use to go from my pump to a 3/4 inch PVC pipe. The pump has a non-standard 5/8 inch threaded connection that is hard to find parts for.

I found the first design was a bit too tight when screwed into a 3/4" adapter. I made a slight adjustment to that. I changed the tightening hexagon to an octagon and increased the thickness by 1mm to a total of 4mm. I had one break when I was tightening it all down into the pump and so I am trying again with 0.15mm layer height and another layer on the wall. Hope this helps someone.
