I printed this to add end stops to my Sculpfun S6 Pro; however, you can use this with any extruded aluminum profile.

The center section is cut out to accommodate the solder points on the switch pcb. I used these switches: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PCN6T6F?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details

The holes take 2mm bolts with recessed nuts. I press fit the nuts in with pliers but you could heat set these as well.

I used Prusa Slicer and mirrored the object for the opposing end.

This uses one bolt fix it to the profile and there is an extruded cylinder to keep the part from shifting if knocked hard. Print with the cylinder facing upwards.

For the Sculpfun, I used the same bolt to fix the belt in place (see image).

I'm use my laser in my garage so I printed this in PET with the following settings: 20% infill 3 perimeters support enforcer in the M4 bolt recess *I used a brim but this depends on your printer, filament, etc

I made this in FreeCAD and have included the file so you can make whatever changes you want.
