Rotating US Plug with Cord Wrap Holder for Multiboard System

This is my first attempt at designing a 3D model, but I wanted to share something I thought could be helpful. I copied this idea to tackle the issue of power blocks and cords. It’s a rotating three-hole US plug with a built-in cord wrap holder, designed to fit on a Multiboard using two multipoint slots.

It takes some force to break the plug free after printing but then works fine from there, I recommend using needle nose plyers from the back to break it free.

Features (or what I tried to make work):

Rotating Plug: The plug can rotate to give you some flexibility with how you position the block. Cord Wrap: A place to coil up the cord so it’s not hanging loose. Multiboard Mount: Fits onto a Multiboard using two multipoint slots to keep everything steady.

I did not need any supports to print this on a X1C using the 0.20mm Strength @BBL X1C setting, but you could add some trees if you want the cord wrap to be cleaner

Print the model (fingers crossed it works as well for you as it did for me). Mount it on your Multiboard using the multipoint slots. Plug in a power block and wrap the cord around the holder. Notes: I’m not practiced at design, so this might not be the most polished design out there, but it’s been a handy little tool for me, and I hope it can help some of you too. If you’ve got any feedback or ideas for improvement, I’d love to hear them!
