No changes to any of the files have been made. I noticed some time ago that even though the text boxes say Markdown Enabled, it seems only the Summary box actually has markdown enabled. This made the text further down look like a jumbled mess. I finally took the time to mess with the formatting to use the text boxes to make it look like markdown actually worked. Hopefully, it will be easier to read.

Also, Thingiverse seems to have a cache issue. Press Shift+F5 to do a full load of a page if it is not looking right. You can also use Ctrl+Shift+R in Chrome to force a full refresh of a page.

I have completed the slicing and scaling of the basement/foundation. I am also printing off my final piece for the build and putting it together. Aside from watching your lifting, everything seems to print well.

I have renamed all of the files to make it easier to figure out what parts you may need to print roughly following the structure layed out by Hsus, Project_Floor_Part. Any future modifications to files (like reducing mesh density to shrink file size) will have a versioning attached to them.

I have successfully printed the first and second floors and the files scale just fine. I have just started printing Floor 3. I added the scaled files for Floor 3, Floor 4, and Floor 5. I have not printed these floors yet, so I am not sure if anything needs changing. I am sure nothing needs tweaking since I am just scaling the other model. I am still working on the basement files, trying to add geometry to them to make them easier to print and assemble.

I replaced the Floor2c1 and Floor2c2 files as they were only scaled on the y-axis and not the x-axis. I will only be adding files as soon as I print them so that I can make sure they print fine and nobody does what I just did and blow a 14-hour print.

I also added the kitchen area from Floor 1 and the firewood from the fireplaces on Floor 2.

This is a modification of the Trollkull Manor by Hsus. I found when I printed the original basement, my minis didn't quite fit everywhere. We use a 1" x 1" grid for our play. When I measured the grid dimensions, I found that the N/S dimensions needed to be increased by 15% and the E/W dimensions needed to be increased by 20% in order to make the floor grid a proper 1" x 1".

The original model is sized to print just fine on the Ender 3 at it's dimensional limits. By increasing the X and Y dimensions, not all of the models fit anymore. I have been putting the base STLs in Meshmixer and resizing/cutting them so that they still fit the Ender 3 with the larger size. It should be noted that I did not change the Z dimensions at all.

I also took some of the walls-only files and fit them together a bit tighter to print faster. They will be glued in sections to their mating ceilings, so they do not have to maintain their spatial offsets.

Trollskull Manor Re-scaled for 1" x 1" Grid

I was looking for a fun paint caddy for my 1/2 oz paints. I couldn't find one I liked, so I made this. It should hold 15, 1/2 oz, bottles of paint. 

Dimensions are 164mm x 141mm x 105mm. The part will fit comfortably on an Ender 3.

My printer is currently undergoing some upgrades, so I haven't been able to print this myself.

I made this in Fusion 360 and have supplied SketchUp files along with the Fusion 360 files.

I am not sure how well the file with the stonework will print as I was not able to find a way to chamfer the edges of all of the stones. I may have to learn blender and make new stones and re-texture the piece. Or if one of you has the skills, it could be a fun remix.

It seems that Cura has an experimental feature called Make Overhangs Printable. This will taper up the bottom of the wall stones. I think this may help this print better. I will update after I get a chance to print it.

Added a set of new caps for Aux Jack mods. There is a flat cap with Aux Jack. Additionally, there are caps with the 3/4" stub with just the jack, the jack + 2 circuit holes, and the jack + 4 circuit holes. There are also a pair of files with the suffix SB. These 2 files have sacrificial bridges over the holes in the cap. This will help by allowing you to print with less support. All you have to do is use a hobby knife or something to punch thru the bridge. It is only .2 mm thick (1 layer). Updated the AllCaps.7z archive to include the new files.

I built a TARDIS using the WWMM designs for the base build. The build calls out a 15 1/8" x 12" pane for the sign on the little door for the TARDIS. I had a friend print off the letters for me to glue onto the door but it was really difficult to line up all of the letters properly. 

There are 2 files here. One file has just the 15 1/8" x 12" panel with the door text and the other is the same with a 10mm lip around the edge for easier mounting. 

I have added the Fusion 360 and SketchUp files too so that you can modify if you need. This will not fit an Ender 3 at all; you will need a much larger printer to print this off in one piece.

This is a model of the pneumatic pump assembly off the 1989 Kenner, The Real Ghostbusters, Ghost Trap.

I have modeled this off an existing, intact, assembly. This will allow you to print off replacements to restore the toy. The main body of this assembly often gets cracked, causing air to leak out of the cylinder rather than push the piston to open the trap doors.

There are 2 versions of the main body. One is a replica of the actual part and the other is the same part without the nipple so that you can install your own, if you wish.

Parts have been tested on an FDM printer and work properly. 

RGB Trap Pump Assembly

This is a shell-mounted holder for the GBFans Cyclotron lights in the GBFans Pack Light Kit. This is designed for the Q-Pack MK3 (https://github.com/mr-kiou/q-pack).

Assembly is straight-forward:

1. Insert lens into bottom of base
2. Insert base into Q-Pack Mk3 Cyclotron hole (backside)
3. Install GBFans Cyclotron Light Chip
4. Install cap over the chip

You can then rotate the assembly to your desired orientation and use whatever means you wish to secure the part in its final location (superglue, CA glue, epoxy, etc.). If you do not wish to glue down your cap but still want a more secure fit than the friction fit, the screw holes are made for a standard M3 bolt. It is recommended to use a 10mm or 12mm bolt (8mm can be used but the engagement will be really shallow).

Different sizes have been created for the base, depending on your lens supplier:

- 50 mm x 3 mm (JupiterElectronics)
- 50 mm x 5 mm (GBFans)
- 44.5 mm x 5 mm (TacoBelli)
- 35 mm x 5 mm (BenOfKent)

This is a trap door off the 1989 Kenner, The Real Ghostbusters, Ghost Trap. 

On these old toys, it is not uncommon to find the doors with the engagement pins broken. This will allow you to print off a replacement to restore the toy. I have modeled this off an existing, intact, door.

I have also made inverted doors, in case you wish to change the pattern of the stripes on your doors. CAD files are also provided.

V2 files added and now there are stairs. It should also be noted that since I made this for a 1" x 1" grid, I designed it in inches. If you are going to try to slice and print this, you need to scale it such that the longest dimension (29.4" is scaled to 746.76mm). I may go back at some point and re-do the files in metric but I really don't want to do that right now.

I had so much fun with the Trollskull build that I decided to take a stab at making a building myself. I will add the other floors to it eventually, but this gives the main layout of The Yawning Portal. If anyone could suggest how to get textures on things like the ring and floors, the knowledge would be appreciated.

I have added the Fusion 360 file and a SketchUp file as well.

I have modeled this off an existing, intact, wheel. This will allow you to print off replacements to restore the toy.

There are 2 versions of the part. The replica part is as accurate as I can make it and retains all of the geometries.

The half part is the part, cut in half, to make printing easier. The half part will need to be printed in pairs and glued together. There is a very fine mold line on the actual wheels where the two halves of the mold came together. If you are looking to make the replacement part as close as possible to the real thing, this may be the part to print.

I made a board mount for the GBFans Power Cell light board. This allows for easier mounting in the pack by allowing you to align the mount with your lens and then use glue or whatever you want to secure the mount. The board then fits on with standard M3 screws and nuts.

The notch on the LED side is from the solder point of the potentiometer on the other side of the board

I have modeled this off an existing, intact, handle. The handle is one of the most common parts of the ghost trap to break. This will allow you to print off a replacement to restore the toy.

There are 2 versions of the part. The replica part is as accurate as I can make it and retains all of the geometries. The filled part has all of the internal geometry filled in to make printing easier. The screw hole is also extended further into the part to accommodate longer screws to make the part more secure.

I have modeled this off an existing, intact, nubbin. This will allow you to print off a replacement to restore the toy.

I am not sure what this part is supposed to be. It could be a light, a button, or just some other geometry. Since I am not sure, nubbin will stay.

There are 2 versions of the part. The replica part is as accurate as I can make it and retains all of the geometries. The easy part looks the same on the outside, but all of the internal geometries that were molded in for material-savings / manufacturing have been filled in. In this case, the base of the part is extended all the way to the end of the stand-offs to make the print simpler while not impacting the look of the assembled trap.

Blocks most GPIO pins of a Raspberry Pi board for connecting the Pi to the Prusa Einsy board via GPIO using the Prusa Pi-Zero W installation guide:
