The Stackable Wall Mountable Gridfinity base!
New Version!! The place that the tire weights sit has been removed to allow for a lower printing time. (They were not useful anyway)
LEDs There are now holes for LEDs on each of the two slots so that you can have RGB or the search function (just need to add a reed switch to the bottom)
Holes The Holes have been changed so that they are now a inch apart and 1/4" in diameter so that it can be used on a pegboard.
So you want to stack up? but all Zack will give you is stacking on a flat surface because he doesn't want your parts falling out? well fear no more as you can stack Gridfinity along your walls now along with your desk! got a wall with nothing on it? cover it in the Wall Stack-able Gridfinity bases and fill it with all sorts of different bins for all your parts needs! supports up to 6 unit tall blocks with a maximum depth of 1 unit, it can be as long as you want though!
I AM NOT LIABLE FOR YOUR STUFF FALLING ON TO YOUR TABLE
Thanks to Zack Freedman for the Gridfinity system!

Awesome model! Would it be possible to mount this via magnets or would I have to adjust the model?
You would probably have to adjust the model to mount with magnets unless you can find some magnets that are 1/4 inch in diameter. You can then glue them in the screw holes. However there is no recess in the hole so the magnets will fall out of you do not glue them
Love this! Did you design it in Fusion 360? Is it possible to get the fusion 360 file and do some remixes? I would like to change the angle and also make it 3x2 basically.
Yes, it was designed in fusion360, I have added the f3d file to the download!
Curious, how wide apart are the screw holes? I wonder if it's compatible with the sides of my Ikea desk, which has mounting holes for shelves along the side. :)
They are a inch apart
Do you think this could be adapted for ikea skadis and normal pegboards?
I have changed the hole width in the new version so that the holes are a inch apart and a 1/4 inch in diameter so it should now fit on a pegboard
I'm also interested in a pegboard->gridfinity adapter. Very cool model - thanks for sharing.
I was wondering this same thing, and would be very interested in a peg board model
see i retained the weight features so if you want to you can add the excitement and risk of the added weight increasing the chances of the screws being pulled out of the wall!
Noble, however I struggle to find the utility of retaining the tire weight features. You really jumped under the bus for this one :)
Legend.
