Did you buy the E3D Toolchanger multi-headed printer? Did you buy the liquid-cooled Titan Aqua extruder? Then:

A) Holy cow, you spend a lot of money on this hobby.

B) You've discovered that there are no parts or instructions to attach the Titan Aqua to the Toolchanger.

I'd love to help you with both of these - first, go to https://patreon.com/zackfreedman and unburden yourself of that pesky money.

Then, download and print this mod kit and bust out the power drill - we're putting holes in your 1,500-quid toy.

Print one copy of each part. If you intend to print super-hot engineering filaments, print the Titan Aqua Cover and Titan Aqua Frame in a stiff, heat-tolerant material like CF nylon and anneal them.

You'll also need:

  • 11x 6mm countersunk M3 screws
  • 2x 8mm socket-head M3 screws
  • 6x 10mm socket-head M3 screws
  • 4x 16mm socket-head M3 screws
  • 2x 12mm not-countersunk M6 screws
  • 2x M6 nuts
  • A bunch of 2.5mm zip ties
  • An assembled V6 Receiver Top (using official parts from E3D's GitHub repo)
  • A Toolchanger blank tool plate
  • A Toolchanger tool holder thing with the prong
  • A 3A mini-cartridge fuse
  • TC-V6-DOCK-BRACKET-HEMERA-ADAPTER.stl from https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/tool/e3d-s-toolchanger-tool-hemera-ebm-papst-fanshroud-5015 - it costs money, but you're the one who spent like $3,000 on a printer to pour water into it.

I tried to include instructions, but they're just too damn long. I'll need to host them elsewhere. Sorry!
