X distance is -25mm so it is closer to the nozzle. I added some Alu-tape to the BLTouch as it is less then 15mm from the often quite hot Volcano.

Unscrew the base cover of your sensor and mount this one. mounts directly on a 2020-profile with 2 M4 bolts.
I printed this one in ABS with 0,2mm layers (4 bottom and top, 3 perimeter)  and 30% infill.
Not critical at all. Just pay attention on polarity when connecting to your controllerboard (no protection at all)

Just to give this bottle of dreft a fixed place. Also while on the road. Nothing complicated. This one has been printed in ABS with 0,3mm layers and a 0,6mm nozzle.
Used double sided tape to keep it (and the bottle) where it belongs.
Print it with your favorite filament and settings.

An endstop to be mounted on the left side (there is already enough stuff at the right side)
Goes on the outside 2020-profile and mounts over the stepper motor. Switch is activated by the left X-pulley support.
Easily adjustable with the 2 5mm bolts on the 2020-profile.

My wife wanted an additional lamp for her drawing table. Unfortunately IKEA changed /simplified their [design](https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/products/lighting/ceiling-lights/foto-pendant-lamp-aluminium-art-10390701/). The top cover is now one black plastic piece instead of a brushed aluminum one. It's even a quite floppy plastic and as such not nicely round.
She likes consistency, so I made 2 identical new ones.
To be sanded and painted, but these are the printed ones.

The connector comes with a 5mm hole for the cable. Use a drill if needed.
The connector should nicely fit in the cover. If needed use a bit of sandpaper/file to correct. Removing a bit of plastic is always easier then adding!
Drilled an 2.5mm hole in the connector part and used an M3 screw to lock on the cable.

Printed in PLA, 0,6mm nozzle, 0,2mm layers and just the infill needed (20%)

I had some of the (nailed) shelf supports coming loose in our caravan and made some new ones with a screw ...
Printing should be straightforward.
Screws used are 2,5mm diameter

Just a simple connector for a Fiamma (or other brand) awning. Slides in the frontrail and I made it to hook up a tie down in the case of heavy wind.

Printed this one in Nylon and 0,4mm layers to get a real strong piece (I use a 0,6mm Volcano nozzle).
Hint : if you're using S3D : select concentric infill

Mounts on the inside of the box. I use those 22 liters IKEA SAMLA boxes for that purpose.
Printing is straightforward. I mounted them with 4mm selftapping screws.

As I build an enclosure for my FT5 I needed a filament feed trough for the polycarbonate plates.
On both sides a 4mm hole for the PFTE-tubes to the spool and on the other side to the extruder.
Nothing complicated.

I often carry a spare battery in my pocket. Contacts covered with a small piece of tape.
This is a more elegant solution.
The print has a tight fit and will not fall off.

Designed to be printed with a 0,6mm nozzle = 2x0,72 mm for the walls.
If you want to print this with a 0,4mm nozzle,  manually set the track width to 0,48. This will result in 3 outside walls.
Layerheight for the print was 0,2mm

Since my wife told me this a too expensive piece of plastic, I made my own one.
To be printed by preference in ABS and treated with aceton vapor to get a smooth surface.
Picture shows the printed version next to the original grey  Pfaff one. This one is printed in PETG and sanded to smooth the surface.

The model is 20mm thick (for a 2020-profile).

A simple BLTouch calibration tool.
It is designed to be 8,3mm high as this is the distance specified in the spec sheet.
**Printing**
The spec gives 8,3mm +/- 0,2mm : should be printed accordingly. Layer height must be chosen carefully.
I have a 1,8° Z stepper driving a 8mm/revolution threaded rod with 200 steps for 1mm.
Good layer heights for this config are (sweet spots at full steps) :
0,08, 0,16 and 0,32 giving -0,02mm difference with the desired height.
If you don't know this for your printer, use 0,1mm.
Infill isn't important.
Of course printing too high and adjusting using a file is also an option ;)

**Procedure**
1 : set these screws loose and move BLTouch up as far as possible
2 : Move bed up and align calibration tool unter the BLTouch and flat on the bed.
3 : move bed further up until nozzle touches the bed
4 : lower BLTouch until it sits on the calibration tool and lock the position with the 2 screws

As I was building a small prusa style printer, I wanted the leveling screws a bit out of the way.
This is the result.
Fits for a alu heatbed 3mm thick.
Goes over the corners and has a thight fit. Accepts a M3 nut.

I printed these in Polycarbonate with a 0.6mm nozzle as I want to print ABS too with this one.
If you just need to heat up to 80°C, ABS will do too (red ones in the picture).
