This is a V6 partcooler for this setup

I don't have a V6 anymore and won't test this. Should be like the Volcano one in the design mentioned and should be ok. If not or remarks : leave me a comment.

You will need the following parts from the Volcano design (are in common) : Belt plug (print 2 times with a 0,4mm nozzle due to the details !!) used to lock the GT2 belt Aero top : sits on top of the carriage Aero front design : front panel Aero bltouch support Aero back with blower support : back panel with integrated support for a 50x50x15mm blower Aero blower outlet : connection piece between back and shroud. Holds the blower in place too.

All parts can be printed with a 0,6mm nozzle (or smaller of course). I used layers of 0,32 mm and 0,4mm, 3 bottom and 3 top layers, 50% infill and 5 walls. All except blower outlet and the backpanel (due to the integrated M3 nylocks cavities) can be printed without support. Blower shroud should be printed with a 0,4mm nozzle. I could redesign it with thicker walls if there is demand. But that will take some time now.

I'm not linked with the shop, but all parts that are near the hot end or can become hot, I print now in 3dk-top. It is heat resistent to over 200°C. Works really well.

**20170902 ** Upon request : Made a version that has a bit more space between the hotend and the right leg of the shroud. Look for the file "Aero V6 shroud wider on the right.stl"

I highly recommend to print this in ABS.

20171007 Upon a remark about mesh issues, I made a thicker version marked V2. I checked that one for mesh defects
