We all appreciate all the effort that our Mom's give. This Mother's Day give Mom the special treat of a massage roller. This piece has 10 fingered wheels and an easy grip handle, made for a soothing and relaxing effect.
The handle requires a small amount of supports that are easily removed and the roller wheels are print-in-place. The parts include the handle, the fist wheel (& rod), the end wheel cap, and the free wheels (which should be printed in a batch of 8)
This was printed with a 0.8mm nozzle (a 0.4mm nozzle will work just as well), at a layer height of 0.2mm with 4 walls and 15% infill to make it light yet sturdy. The wheels were glued together with CA, while allowing the rod to spin freely in the handle.
