Introducing the Post-It Pallet Rack. Finally you have a place to store all the amazing Post-It Pallets you've no doubt been printing out. These (probably) OSHA-approved are rated to support a maximum of six fully loaded pallets, but if it ends up holding more I won't tell!

Shelves are designed to be customizable and support multiple height configurations. Additionally, each rack structure bar can be bolted to another to easily attach and expand more storage bays. Each storage bay can accommodate a 76mm*152mm space. 

 

Each shelf requires eight (8x) M3x8 screws to secure it to the structure bars.

Are your post-it notes just too heavy? You want to lift them with your forklift but there's simply no way with them sitting on the ground! Load them up on to this perfectly post-it note-sized pallet.

Supports not recommended, hope your bridging is well tuned, but you do you!

Post-It Pallet

Giant. Lightning. Plug.

Continuing my tradition of printing #BigTech, I give you the Apple Lightning charging plug. This is meant to be printed very large, to act as a scale model or display. It is not designed with functionality in mind, though someone far more clever than I could probably make it work for something.

I've included a pre-sized up version of the stl, bringing the model to roughly 700%, while other parts are scaled slightly smaller/slimmer so they should fit together decently.

 

Glue is required to get the pins to stay in place, unless you just have really incredible tolerance skills.

 

Printing instructions:

Infill: 20% - 40%

Layer Height: 0.2mm or smaller

No supports for anything

 

The metal housing at the top contains some very fragile bridges, I recommend printing this in either PLA+ or something more durable like PETG.

 

This is a modified version of the model originally uploaded by Mark over on GrabCAD. Parts have been split and adjusted slightly for a better print.

Apple Lightning Connector

This is basically an inverted standard calibration cube, and prints in about the same amount of time. But this one is hollow to test retraction, overhang angles, and an insanely difficult bridge at the top.

The cube measures 20x20x20mm and has 2mm thick walls. 

I recommend using 2 perimeters to maintain the gaps in the Z at the top. 

 

Please be aware that the .obj file includes a small loaf of bread, which is not present in the stl file. Thank you for understanding.

For your favorite rock and roll legend, a tiny Marshall Amp with space inside! Held together with eight 8x2mm magnets. This should be perfectly sized to hold a few gift cards, guitar picks, or anything else that you might consider reasonably small.

Assembly Instructions:

Print the top and bottom in their default orientation, flipping may result in issues.
The logo should be printed in vase mode for quality and reduced stringing
Plate may be very tight, and require glue to remain seated. 
Magnets may or may not require glue depending on your printer's tolerance ability
**Magnetic version uses 8x2mm disc magnets.**
