On no a big do not make ongoing effect tile! Accelerate the earlygame with this bad boy.

I had a hard time to shorten the text to fit on a tile, but I think this works. IF I had more space, it would read: "Ongoing: A player may skip to roll a ball to play an additional tile on their turn".
