Print Settings -.2mm Layer Height -15-25% infill

Assembly -In slicer program a filament swap for the spirals -Pressure fit a 608 bearing into the non print in place version -Screw the holders together through the print in place bearing or real 608 bearing -Grease/lube can be used on the print in place bearing to help it spin
