ARRI 1/4-20 Pin-Lock NATO Rail Block for CCM-1

Hi!

This is a 38mm NATO accessory rail I created with the new ARRI CCM-1 monitor in mind. There are currently (Nov 2023) no accessories for the new ¼-20 Pin-Lock standard so I decided to model one.

Features:

• 38mm NATO Rail

• ARRI ¼-20 Pin-Lock (10.4 Spaced pins). NOT compatible with SmallHD

• Threaded hole to ‘capture’ screw

• Reference Screw : 11.8mm head dia. 5mm shoulder. 5mm thread.

Printer Settings: (currently) with PLA, 3 walls, 15% infill, on a Bambu P1S.

Notes: I plan to print with PAHT-CF shortly. Will update with notes and photos.

Change Log:

V3 : Increased 3mm pin size. Shortened overall body to 38mm. Widened rail width to decrease ‘slippage’ from most NATO clamps
