Playful, flexible, and irresistibly personable, the Mars Container has four parts: a stand that turns upside down to become a holder or ring stand, a container perfect for small objects or jewelry, and an elegant lid with a separate threaded finial.

Assembled with components from our Infinite Containers Collection, the Mars Container is the perfect example of how containers, stands, lids and finials from the collection can be combined to create truly elegant and unique objects.

This set of components is from the Infinite Containers 128 Series, where you will find additional sizes, shapes, and accessories. You can use this conveniently pre-assembled set or build your own set from other components in the collection.

This set includes the following components: Container: CR128-50 (162 x 162 x 54 mm) Lid: LR128-O-TS (143 x 143 x 20 mm) Finial: FEY128-68TS (40 x 16 x 87 mm) Stand: SR128-130T (144 x 143 x 130 mm)

Objects in the photographs were printed on a standard desktop 3D printer, without secondary operations. The stripes in some pics were achieved by switching materials during printing.

• Dimensions: The first three digits of the item’s code represent the series number and the container’s inner diameter in mm. Components from the same series fit together, stack, and rotate on top of each other. The second set of digits indicates the height of the stacked container (excluding the 4mm nesting base).

• Scaling: Scale UP for customization. Scaling down may cause fitting issues.

Print the finial standing up, with supports only from the platform. No need for supports inside the opening. The supports are easily removed by unscrewing the finial.

The threaded finial has a locking feature, which makes it harder to screw in toward the end. Just make sure you keep turning until you feel it snapping.
