Gravity Shelf - Floating Shelf with Hidden Hangers
Gravity Shelf - Probably the most useful shelf in the world! Since designing our Gravity Pen Holder, we were bursting with ideas for the hidden ‘Gravity’ mechanism, so our second design in the series was born!
The shelf has three built-in hangers which are perfect for keys, dog leads and many more everyday items - there's even room for your mail on top with a collapsible ‘Mail Flag’ so you know you have important mail to open!

Am I able to scale this model down and print it on an a1 mini? I was gonna make this for my mom for mother's day but this is too big to print on my a1 mini.
Can you add a video how to include the roller mechanism ? Also my wall mount and shelf don't fit together as the guiding holes are not big enough for the inserts. How should I make them fit? I use a Ultimaker S3
More support needed for these parts then I thought but it turned out fine. I think this maybe could be done a little better, to reduce that. The instructions could be better too. I had to pause a few frames in that 25 sec video to see what this should look like assembled. The Assembly View model is missing the cages and rollers, and I needed to see the orientation of those.
The fitment was perfect, this H2D is insane. I didn't use any glue except for the top boarder, maybe I will need to add some later, but it's all contained so well and only moves in the slots. I have a headlamp and keys hanging on it and it holds perfectly.
Nice work!
Hey love the thought of the design, I have downloaded it and printed it, but is it impossibly hard to assemble and stay assembled. The rollers pop out and the frame that holds the roller doesn’t slide in easily.
Hey! Where the frame slides in, are the rails on the frame and the slots inside the shelf body smooth and free of any left over support material? If not, a quick smooth down of the rails should do the trick.
The rollers should click into place nicely in the cages and shouldn't come out unless physically pushed out, can you see any imperfections on the little notches either end of the rollers, or on the holes they click into?
