Screw-On Cleat
“Screw-On Cleats” allow you to mount your Multiboard on a cleat so you can easily remove, reorganize, or transport it.
To set it up, screw a 20 mm Big Thread Shank Bolt into your Tile, then screw the remaining thread into your “screw-on cleat”, and finally place it on your cleat wall.

Extends 0.70 inch (17.9mm) along the bolt axis, so this is designed for 3/4 inch (18+ mm) thick cleats.
That bolt screwed in to the cleat fine for me. I printed both in PLA, with brim, no supports, 15% infill on a Prusa i3 MK3S at 0.20 speed setting sliced in PrusaSlicer-2.7.4.
These don't fit the 20mm bolts, at least they don't when I print 'em. :(
