Overview

Custom replacement caster wheel with adjustable ID, OD, and thickness for rolling carts and utility carts.

This customizable replacement caster wheel is designed to repair failed wheels on rolling kitchen carts, utility carts, wire shelving, and shop carts. Adjustable inner diameter, outer diameter, and thickness fit common axles and mounts, with ABS tested and near-solid TPU recommended for quiet, durable rolling.

Base model dimensions: Inner Diameter = 8.5mm, Outer Diameter = 50mm, Height = 21.5mm

Customization Instructions

Customize your Replacement Caster Wheel directly on the Lunar Prototypes website.

1. Navigate: Go to the customization tab on the model page.
2. Customize: Enter your desired measurements and adjustments.
3. Submit: Click submit and wait for the design to complete.
4. Download: Once the job completes, download your custom STL and slice as usual.
