The heart prints without supports, and does not require much infill 5-8% on most infill types.

The hooks can print standing up or laying down, printing them standing up will increase their strength I recommend using a brim to ensure adhesion, but if you are having issues printing them this way you can route them to have them print flat on the print build, this will result in a weaker hook.
