Our goal was to create a modular bin system that would allow us to display small 3D Prints at shows and also be visually appealing. The HexBin system currently has a small and large version. For each size there is a bottom base, lid and angled riser.  You will need to print two of the risers for each box that you want to raise up at an angle. The HexBin will stack without a lid, allowing you to prepare for a show quickly.  If you prefer, you can continuously stack bins with the lids, as they have a ridge to hold the next bin on top.  

Please note that the top does have a tight tolerance to allow the lid to grab. You may need to adjust for your printer. 

We printed most of ours with a 5% gyroid infill .20 Layer Height.

HexBin System

This is a simple to print on fabric bracelet. There is a bracelet, choker, and set of earrings included with this file.

Earrings - 7cm printed length (3 inches, 4 inches with ring and hook)
Bracelet - 14cm printed length (5 1/2 inches)
Choker - 23.5cm printed length (9 1/4 inches)

You can estimate around 1 - 1.5 inches of additional length for the 2 jump rings and a small lobster clasp needed to attach the ends together. Add additional lengths of chain for custom measurements

There is a 3MF file that has the print settings. There are also the individual STL files if you wish to try your own settings.

In these examples I am using an illusion mesh from www.dfwfabricmart.com
Fabric sample packs and holographic PFLAT sheets can be found on my website at www.kaizen3dprints.com

I print these with a .24mm layer height, for a total of 10 layers. The pause command is placed at the beginning of layer 9. I print the first layer at 35mm/s and the following layers at no more than 75mm/s. If I'm using a thicker mesh fabric, I slow my speeds down further and increase the layer height.

This display shelf is part of the Sloped Lines collection, a blend of modern design and practicality. 

The shelf can be printed as one piece. Undivided, larger versions are included. One is 203mm wide and the other is 156mm wide.

 When printed as three pieces, the slots help align the side peices. Glue should be added to hold the parts together.

**The Best 3D Printed Keychain Rack?**

**Printing Details**

Spooky Controller Stand

I needed more room to display my 3d prints so I decided to go “vertical” and design some 3-tier collapsible display shelves with a rustic, wooden appearance.  They are a fantastic way show off smaller prints while saving space of just placing them all horizontally.  Really, they are an excellent way to store / display any small object you could think of, like spices or collectibles.

**Printing & Assembly Tips**
No supports necessary.  I highly recommend printing with a brown or wooden filament.

To assemble, simply slide shelves into their slots on the stands.
