Hi guys. This here is a huge and homemade nixie tube. We all know that usually nixie tubes are small, just a few cm, right? A big nixie tube could get very, very expensive. That’s why I’ve made my own using a flexible LED strip with close enough color and glow as a nixie tube would have. Let me show you. Looks quite nice, right? So guys let me show you how I’ve made the design, what type of LED strip I’m using, how to make the connections and what components we need in order to make this project. Hi guys. I have two cats, one is Yoko and the other one is named Djony. Sometimes I have to leave them home for more than a day. That’s why I've made this project. An automatic feeder that could be adjusted for different portions and time intervals. I know you could go and buy such a device but I thought it would be a lot more interesting to build my own. I’ve made the design and 3D printed it. Then we control a servo motor with the Arduino, a real time clock to get the hour of the day, some voltage regulators, an OLED display and some buttons. It’s a simple project but I think it could be quite interesting, so if you want to build this same project, stick till the end of the tutorial.

I wanted to make this project for a long time. Inspired by a projet of HowToMechatronics from a few years ago. This robot is fully 3D printed and is just the first version and is sensorless. In the future I want to add a lot more controls and sensors. This robot has 18 high torque servo motors, runs with an Arduino MEGA and is controlled by Bluetooth with commands from a smartphone. Each leg needs 7 3D printed parts as you can see below. Get all STL files from this link and print the parts using PLA material. I've used a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.3mm layer height and 20% infill. We need no support and all parts are already oriented and ready for print. So, get the 7 parts for one leg.

Hey guys. I know there are already a lot of balancing robot projects on the internet, but I wanted to make one as well. Actually, I wanted to make something special and make a mini balancing robot, but I kind of failed with the stepper motors and I will explain the problem in the video below. So what I’ve done in the end, is to use the same PCB I’ve prepared for a mini balancing robot, design a small 3D printed body and use bigger stepper motors and like that be able to finish my idea. The robot should get information from a homemade remote with Bluetooth connection and like that we could move around. But internally, the robot should also get information from an IMU module and calculate a PID value of the angle so it will never fall and always try to stay horizontal. That’s pretty interesting and I think you will learn a lot with this project because I will explain each step of the circuit but also the code. So what do you think, will this work?
