This gear is a replacement for the gear in the Dremel Model 220 workstation. To mount it to the original shaft simply hammer it in and it will hold well. I recommend printing it in PLA+ for it's high resistance to abrasion or another high strength material like PC. print with 100% concentric infill or with infinite perimeters. Print it on the flat side. Requires no supports. Remember to pre-tension the spring and set the set screws tight so there is no play and also lube with a plastic safe grease like Super Lube. This is a torch base for the dremel or lexivon standing torches that acts as a regular base but with the added feature of allowing you to use it with the gridfinity system. For most printers the 0.15mm or 0.1mm tolerance version should be a tight fit and a permanent base. the 0.25mm and 0.2mm tolerance versions should be looser more like a holder that stays on the gridfinity baseplate.
 The tolerances are in regards to the radius.
Magnets are recommended for extra stability.
