PISA | Self-Watering Planter

Meet PISA, our chic and practical large self-watering planter.

The original size is Ø 245mm x H 200 mm. Scale it up at will. You can shrink it down to 75% without issues.. You might have watertightness issues if you shrink it further (walls would get too thin).

The printed version on the pictures is missing a funnel that allows to fill the reservoir from the top of the pot. I added this funnel later on, and the STL files in attachment have it.

3D PRINT SETTINGS

For a watertight result, make sure your printer is well calibrated and lubricated. Then, increase the wall line count to 3. The wall thickness is 2.4mm, so that makes for 6 wall lines with a 0.4mm nozzle. That's plenty to make it watertight.

Resolution: 0.2~0.3 mm Infill: gyroid ~20% Build adhesion type: 6mm Brim for the Pot. No brim needed for the Reservoir. Supports: None
