DO NOT USE WHEN NOZZLES\HEATER BLOCKS ARE HOT!

Description:

Zonestar P802QR2 Nozzle Allignment Jig. The jig is an aid to aligning the two hot ends relative to each other. There may be some additional levelling required when levelling nozzles with the bed but I have found that it is much easier to achieve greater accuracy using the jig or something to bottom the nozzles on.

Features:

1. The design also prevents the heater blocks from rotating when attempting to level.
2. The jig should be an inrterference fit but I have also included 2 x fixing tabs which fix to the exisiting Hot End Fan mount fixings.

Printing:

0.2 resolution, 20% infil with no support.
