Model originally uploaded to Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3860166.

This is a pivoting Oiler for the Ender 5. Primary features are:

1.Dual pivoting bracket to allow Oiler to move with filament when spooling.

2.Screw on top cap to retain filament and sponge.

3.Simple fix to 40 x 20 extrusion.

Installation Notes:

1.You will need the following:

2 x M3 Nyloc Nuts 2x M3 x 12 mm Hex Bolts (10mm will work but better with 12mm long bolts). 2 M3 x 1.5 mm Washers 2 x M4 x 10 mm Hex Bolts 2 x 10 x 5 M4 T-Nuts - these are the type of T Nut which can be inserted within the slot and rotated rather than inserting from the end of the extrusion. If you do not have any of these spare I have also uploaded a plastic version of the T-Nut which will be sufficiently strong for this purpose only. I have used the uploaded plastic version on my prototype. You will need to thread the plastic T-Nuts with a M4 Bolt prior to assembly.

2.Make sure the M3 pivot bolts are left fairly loose so to allow the oiler to move easily when the spool is moving.

3.Cap\Body thread made need a bit of lubrication on first assembly to help first time.

4.The M3 washers are used has a simple bearings to help the pivots rotate.

Print Settings:

1.All parts printed on Ender 3 Pros with PLA, generally printed @ 25% infill and 2 perimeters. The Plastic T-Nuts and Slotted Pivot Bracket were printed @ 100%, 3 perimeters @ a 210 C to aid strength.
