This thang is meant to be used together with the clip I made here: https://thangs.com/wolffshots/22300. You need to print two of those and one of these (the hook as well as the bar) and then it should all be snap fit.
This is designed to be usable with whatever headphones but the core set I aimed for was the Sony WH-1000XM3 and the Logitech Pro X as that's what I have. There's an f3d file here that you can change the parameters for to adapt it to yours: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4916938/files
