Any layer height works for these, they print fast with a .28 layer height.   You may want to reduce your print speed for the first couple of layers to make sure the detail stays attached to the print bed.   See below for scaling details.

Scale the X/Y Axis (do not scale Z) equally to get different sizes, no other adjustments need to be made. 
The one in the photo is 100% size which is a bit tight on a adult.

On-Air Word Swap Sign

**Print-in-Place “On-Air” Word Swap Sign**

My daughter wanted a sign for her door so she is not interrupted when recording Instagram videos, so I made her this sign swaps words from “On Air” to “Knock” when you turn the knob. 

**Printing**
The sign is 34mm tall x 165mm long with 21mm high letters.  It prints-in-place with no supports.  To get the color change I did a filament swap at layer 14 and 20, with .2mm layer heights and 6 top layers. 

**Mounting**
There is a mounting bracket included in the files that slides onto the sign from an end.  There are two mounting holes for screws, or in my case I used these [Command strips](https://amzn.to/37pH4a8) (aff.) to attach it to the door.
