Ender 3 Pro Filament Guide Rev1.0

**My first ever CAD design, and self designed 3d print.**
I created this as I was having issues with the filamant location causing the filament to bend too far and bind. This reduces the angle as it enters the feed motor, reducing load and slippage.

 It is not optimized for overhangs, as I don't know how yet, so support material is a must! 
I use a 50% infill to reduce plastic waste, since this part is not under alot of load.
Prints, easily direct to bed, with no skirt, brim, or raft.

MS DD Linear rail mount for Creality / Ender printers

Made this a full size version from my original that is also here on Thangs.
Minimal supports needed. I block the nut recessed areas, they don't need support but the slicer will want to put them there.
I included some pics of the blockers and the supports form Cura.
Printed with .2mm layers.
Recommend 1.2 mm walls and top, I went with 3mm on the bottom, this gave it a nice rigidity for the belt grooves. 
Pop in the M3 nuts after printing and secure them in place with a screw before installing on the printer, this will seat them well and let you know if you have an issue.
All the holes are in the same locations as the MS metal version, so attachments like CR or BL touch can be added without any issues, as well as fan shrouds.
I flipped the hook on the right for the wiring (ender 5 MS plate has this), it made more sense to me the way I have it.
You still need the Micro Swiss extruder hardware for this to work, if switching from rollers to linear rails and you already have a MS DD extruder, then this is perfect for you.
Pica aren't the best but you get the idea.


Ender 3 S1 motherboard cover 80mm fan

New to Onshape and making 3d models, so it's pretty basic but this allowed me to put a Noctua NF-A8 FLX 80x80x25mm fan right below the motherboard, I didn't see how the other ender 3 ones could work. Holes might be a little small depending on how your mounting, i used rubber mounts they include in the box, had to drill them a hair, its a stretch but they do fit. Also i didn't see an easy spot to bolt the rear of it to, so its just the front screw and side one. My first attempt was designed upside down so I had to mirror it and reprint, the pics are of the 1st print for those wondering. Step file included for those more talented than me.

2023 - Ender 3 Filament Guide With Roller

I made this because I prefer the way Filboyt's (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2917932) connects to the frame, as it doesn't obstruct any other accessories. However, it does create a lot of friction, so I combined it with Tomaskom_cz's (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3095575) filament guide.

Direct Drive and Dual Gear Extruder mount for Ender 3 (Pro).

I bought a [Dual Gear Extruder](https://www.amazon.com/Bigtreetech-Extruder-extruder-Ender3pro-Filament/dp/B08D9CNHVN?&_encoding=UTF8&tag=r2j3d-20) and a [Direct Drive Extruder conversion](https://www.amazon.com/Extruder-Conversion-Printer-Creality-Aluminum/dp/B08YN6B5TN/?&_encoding=UTF8&tag=r2j3d-20) kit for my Ender 3 Pro knowing they wouldn't work together out of the box.

So I designed a mount to make them work together. The only thing you need to mount everything with this mount is a couple of [M3 bolts and nuts](https://www.amazon.com/Stainless-Assortment-Precise-Beautiful-Printed/dp/B0714FLXND?&_encoding=UTF8&tag=r2j3d-20);

- 2x M3x20 to fix the mount to the Dual Gear Extruder
- 2x M3x8 to fix it all to the Direct Drive
- Extruder conversion
- 2x M3 nut to work with the two M3x8
- 1x M3x12 to fix the spring mount instead of the original M4
- M3 washers (optional)

Make sure you fix the spring holder and then the mount to the extruder first with the M3x20 bolts.

Unfortunately It isn't possible to change tension on the spring with this setup so make sure you test the Extruder tension before without tensioning the spring on the extruder arm. With the right spring you don't need to adjust the tension. If needed you can fill in the space needed with a few washers when mounting.

For strength I used 4 outer wall lines with my 0.4mm nozzle and fill-density of only 15%
