Since I bought my https://mountain.gg/keyboards/everest-max/ keyboard I wanted to have a Phone holder in the design of the 
Everest Media Dock

After fiddling around sometime this is my first prototype which works fine so far for me.

Smartphone Bed

_While nighttime scrolling may seem like a harmless activity, doing so could be interfering with your ability to fall asleep and stay asleep.

The body relies on circadian rhythms to know when to initiate sleep versus when to feel awake. The circadian rythm is a 24-hour biological process that mimics the rise and fall of the sun. A specific part of the brain called the suprachiasmatic nucleus uses external cues such as light to determine if it is time for sleep. At night, the body normally reacts to the darkness by releasing melatonin, a hormone that signals that it’s time to sleep.

However, our brains are very sensitive to light, and the blue light emitted from cell phones and other electronic devices delays melatonin production. Lack of melatonin can make it difficult to fall asleep, which can lead to insomnia and fatigue over time.

Studies also suggest that blue light can decrease the amount of time the body spends in slow-wave sleep and rapid eye movement (REM) sleep. These two sleep stages are important for consolidating memories and regulating mood. (source -  [https://thesleepdoctor.com](https://thesleepdoctor.com))_

The best way to get some good, quality sleep, is putting your smartphone to bed as well.

That's why I designed this smartphone bed. Making a habit to put you smartphone to bed when you are going to sleep might help you sleep better.

It's big enough to accomodate most smartphone form factors and has a little cut-out for a charger.

It consists of 4 different parts. The bed & 4 legs. The 4 legs are square, but 2 of the 4 legs have a rounded corner to match the rounded corner of the footboard.

Make sure you fit all legs before glueing them in.

**Print settings**

- No supports
- 15% infill
- Arachne wall generator recommended, otherwise the tolerence of the holes and pins for the legs might get too tight.

Here is Phone holder waterfall, the perfect project. Enjoy the fun of Printing, Painting and phone with Phone holder waterfall, You can print in any colour, then paint in any design or colour you want. The Phone holder waterfall Is a no supports needed print, then easy colour to your choosing and enjoy. Printed in a 0.4mm Nozzle at 50ms. Good tip if you suck at painting like me just wait till the first layer dries and pain over your mistakes I used acrylic paints with PLA.

Universal Phone Holder 📱

This is an universal phone holder inspired by one I had some time ago.
It is a very simple design that allows you to use different types of mobile phones and tablets both vertically and horizontally.

It has two different sized guides to accommodate different device thicknesses.

If you print sideways you don't need to use supports. Surely printing it flat would not be necessary either since the separation is quite small.
