Radius Tool with Gridfinity Base

I needed a tool I could not find (and was happy to procrastinate on the next project by working on this one first). I wanted a quick set of reference radius gauges to use when designing. I needed interiors and exterior curves, and then decided to park them all in a Gridfinity base.

This set covers 10-25 mm sizes, and they all live inside a handy Gridfinity storage box when not in use. The box is fitted to each size, and all slots are labeled for ease of use.

Then, I liked this set so much, I made another set for the 1-10mm sizes in a pocket-friendly package.

Looking now, I see a few similar kits which are all nice. Anyway, here's mine.

Please note This tool gives the radius size, but many cad programs use diameter sizes when drawing circles.

Looks really nice, I recommend enabling ironing on the top surface. I only did that for the largest tools and they look much nicer.
I printed these, I like the concept, but they came out awful, some of them has sharp corners and can figure out why, cause all of them were printed in one go :-\

Also the numbers would probably be easier to read if they did not go all the way through.

But gotta admit that both my prusa and anet prints very poorly atm.

Call me all kinds of new to the game but why would you need this?

Great model and found it very useful! Just wanted to add some photos for others on some details I missed at first

  • Some of the magnet holes breakthrough so if you use hot glue to attach magnets it may seep through and prevent the tools from sitting right
  • The 22 is off center

However none of these things affect the functionality
