How do you import it - Cura does not recognise the .curaprofile file. I've tried renaming to .3mf but same problem.

I'm having the same challenge for v5.3.1. Can you please (pretty please) update?!?
the profile wont import for me
I was able to import the profiles by first updating to version 5 of Cura. if that's not an option then i would suggest trying a legacy version.
i'm having the same issue, I'm thinking these profiles were made with an earlier version of cura and they're not importable with the updated version. i'm gonna try to get a legacy version of cura and try it, if it works i'll mention it here.
Edit: updated cura to v5 and was able to import then.
