Hi and welcome to Sassiecat3d's Thangs!

In this profile, you can learn more about me, and what I do, and what membership on Thangs gives you.

First of all, my name is Dorte but online i mostly go by Sass or Sassie, since my Danish name can be very hard to pronounce.

I work together with my husband EasyFragDK, we make a great team. I do the designs, and he takes care of manufactoring/back end support/website etc.

I have always been creative, but until 2,5 years ago I mostly did pastel portraits and fantasy illustration using Copic markers.

I found a love for 3d printing, and started my journey slowly, printing what others had created. Some months after I got my first printer I wanted to make a model for my daughter for her birthday, but I could not find what I wanted, so I jumped into Tinkercad, and that's when my journey as a 3d model designer started.

If you are interested in joining my Thangs, here is what you can expect:

1. I mostly design the ideers that come to me, and some times do requests, so you get a variation of genres, spanning from cute flexi animals, home decor, and useful prints.

2. 3-5 new prints each month, but we release more or less 2 prints every week, 1 on Thursdays, and 1 extra on Sundays.

3. Membership exclusive models.

4. All designs released when you are a member, are to be downloaded via the membership tab, and at no extra cost.

5. A welcoming package consisting of some membership exclusive models, release before you joined, and all the Sassiepals from 2023.

6. Access to my Discord server's members exclusive channels.

There are currently 2 membership types, and 4 membership Tiers:

Legacy Commercial. Legacy Personal. Commercial. Personal.

Legacy Tiers get access to the full Sassiecat3d back catalogue. These have a fixed amount of membership spots. If they are closed, that means they are filled at the moment. We might open up for more members at some point, like on Sassies birthday or Christmas.

For all Commercial Tiers, you get a full commercial license, to sell your prints, but only for as long as you are a paying member of the 1 of the 2 Commercial Tiers, after that, you are only allowed to print for personal use.

Personal Tiers, are only to be used for personal use, and not for selling prints.

More rules can be found in the license text files, when you download.

Most importantly, sharing the STL files is not permitted and all files are the intellectual property of Sassiecat3d.

We are Bob and Sandy, a husband and wife team that loves to create files for 3D Printers. Our specialty is small cute chunky animals but we will add other items from time to time.

Being an “active paying member” gives you the right to commercially sell prints of our files. If you are not an “active paying member,” then the file is for personal use only. We do not allow remixes nor redistribution of our files. We do have some files that are “fan art” and cannot give rights to commercial sell prints of IP that we do not own. Please read our file license agreement for more information.
