Wall Mounted Planter - The Heywood
Updated design can be found here! This new design is compatible with all versions of The Rail and my dovetail wall mount.
A wall mounted planter that can be easily removed from the wall via a sliding dovetail. Can be printed with or without drainage holes. If you print with drainage holes, just take it off the wall and water in the sink.
Supports None needed!
Scaling I wouldn't recommend scaling this one since it perfectly fits the command strips and the screw holes are designed specifically for #10-12 x 1-1/4 in anchors and screws.
Orientation The planter should be upright with its bottom on the build plate. The mount should have the sliding dovetail facing up.
Print Settings .2mm layer height 15% grid infill 2 walls
Filament & Hardware Filament: Bambu Lab Latte Brown Matte PLA Hardware: #10-12 x 1-1/4 in screws with plastic anchors

Would you ever update this design to match the features that your newer planters have? For example the hidden drip tray and the smaller dovetail command strip mount. I love the simplicity and vertical lines in this (and the Ira) design.
+1 to this! Love how this looks. Would be great to have a drip tray version. Should I assume from the comment above that this version is not compatible with the command mounts?

Hi, I've really been liking your designs and am busy printing rail planters for my entry hall. I'd love to add this planter but I see it's not compatible, do you still have plans to update this one for use with the rail?
Nice design. I printed it ( no drainage model ) now several times but my problem is that i can't get the bottom waterproof. Do you have any idea how to get this waterproof? Im printing with an Bambulab X1C and with PLA Matte Black.
