The rotating section between the headband and earcup broke on my daughter's headphone. I modelled this part based on the original then used a Dremel to make room for the replacement part. Print in ASA or ABS as the original seems to be in one of these. Use methyl chloride or heat weld the new part in. Filament- eSun ASA 0.2 mm height No supports
