I bought a henon headlights for my GreatWall Voleex C10 and needed to drill the caps to insert the cabled to the electronics. But instead I decided to design and print a cap with hole in it with the desired size. In the past I managed to lose a cap and it was quite hard to find a replacement so I think this could help anyone with that problem. The included FreeCAD source file is quite generic and I should not be very hard to adapt for other cap designs/sizes. The model has supports for the locating pins which must be removed before installation.

2019.04.17 Made some changes to the source file and added chamfers to sharp edges.
