Made a replacement mixing board knob for a friend and it turned out great and thought people here could use it.

0.25mm Initial layer height, 0.25mm line width, and 0.125mm layer height (so layers will line up with the .5mm increments the knob was made with) 3 outer walls 1 top surface skin layer 3 top layers 3 bottom layers 30% cubic infill I printed in PETG at 235 nozzle temp and 85 bed temp no supports used a skirt for build plate adhesion

print the knob upright and the cap upside down.
