Technically, it was directly derived from the original (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2533058) , but this one gave me the idea. I removed the center shaft altogether to make the pockets as deep as possible. Then used some of the leftover volume in the top to create a pocket that can fit a couple of extra pills.

For the cover, I cut off the sharp tips to make it a tad less painful to use. :)
