heffmeister: You level your bed as best you can. Then you print this design and check that everything is perfectly printed. If your bed is too close or too far, you will see issues in the print and you can adjust it accordingly. I use an Automatic Bed Leveling System, so if my bed is warped, the ABL adjusts the print head automatically. I can get perfect first layers now on my system, and this print shows me those results.
First Layer P*orn is just a term used to describe a perfect first layer.
