OK, this one is a little crazy. This adapter is simply to hide the Nimble behind an Aero hot-end. It was just an idea that I suddenly had and decided to see if it would fit, and it does. Is it useful? You decide.

All I know is that I did not really design this thing with a view of actually printing it, as I don't have an Aero. So it will be tricky to print and will need supports.

As usual, I have included CAD files, so you can cook your own and do a much better job of it, I am sure.

The STL models are checked and optimised. The parts that need a different orientation to print properly are rotated to the preferred printing position.

The Nimble Extruder

With an installed weight of less than 27 grams on your carriage/effector the Zesty Nimble is smallest and lightest extruder you can buy, it has ample torque and can be mounted in multiple orientations.

The Nimble is available from Zesty Technology.
