This version of David Gontier's excellent Interlocking Puzzle Cube #1 was rendered in puzzlecad which provides the additional option of adding a bevel, but only on the external edges. (Burr Tools still insists on adding a bevel on the internal angles which severely affects the movement of interlocking pieces.) Adding a bevel is a great way of mitigating against the problems of bulging corners and elephant's foot on the bottom layer, both of which can impede movement of the pieces.

Here I have used settings of 15 mm cubelet width, 0.08 mm offset size and 1.0 mm bevel, which gives a nice 60 mm cube that moves beautifully.
