Arduino controlled Pedestrian crossing Brio/Ikea
This is a design for a pedestrian crossing controlled by an Arduino Uno with real light effects and sound. At power-up cars have green light. When the pedestrian button is pressed, the white LED wil turn on to indicate the pedestrian request. A delay between 3 and 8 seconds is started and afer this delay the car traffis light wil go from yellow to red and the pedestrian light wil turn green. Also a beep wil be generated to indicate pedestrian can cross. At the end of the crossing period the green pedestrian LED wil start flashing en the beep freqenty wil increase for a short period and everything goed back to the starting position waiting for the next pedestrian request. See “Discription.pdf” for tips and tricks for assembly and any adjustments.
