Driving the E-scooter for long period may strain your thumb muscles. So I made this adapter to convert the thumb throttle to a motorcycle style throttle. I tried my best to get the tolerances correct but after printing you might need to sand the bushing a bit for a smooth throttle.

I printed the throttle in PETG. but can also be printed in ASA/ABS.

When it came to support - i used Manual Settings just to support the thumb gaurd as shown in pic.

You will need:

• Vaseline (As a lube)
• Sanding paper.

Assembly:

• Slide the spacer on handle against the throttle. (make sure that the fillet is on the outside)
• Lube the inside of the throttle.
• Slide the Bushing into the Throttle.
• Slide the whole bushing/throttle over the handle againt the spacer.

Note: The less you sand the bushing and inside of the Throttle the more resistance you will get, this in return will act as semi cruise control, but in my opion - sand it smooth as these scooters can be a death trap with cruise control in general.
