The test print was done on a Bambu P1s printed using PLA
1 main 1 paw 1 1 paw2 1 face
***both paws need to be printed as they line up to the main body differently. The paws and face are designed with a .14mm gap so that parts do not bind during assembly.
.4mm nozzle (can use .2 nozzle for face and paws if you want to get crisper lines for the details) .16 mm layer height .2mm first layer Infill 15% Support Yes ( under front raised wall as in pic) Face and paws print face down.
This model was designed to be printed in parts and glued together to get the best quality multicolor print on the face and paws.
Both the face and paws have a groove on the backs that will match up with the raised grooves on the main body. This was done to easier line up the pieces when assembling for gluing together.
I use binder clips to hold the pieces in place while the the glue dries as shown in the main pic.
Ultimately use the settings that work the best for your printer and the filament you choose to use.
