Hextraction - Mountain Pass Tile

Give adjacent tiles a buffer from destruction with this rocky mountain tile!

Rules: On destroy adjacent tile: The next player may move the bridge where that tile was. Trigger: If a ball enters the bridge tile, return it to the mountains.

Rule clarifications:

  • If you destroy a tile adjacent to the Mountain Pass tile, the player next in the turn order gets to decide whether to move the bridge and they decide how to orient the bridge.
  • This happens during your turn, not at the start of their turn.
  • If the Mountain Pass tile (the mountains part) is destroyed, the bridge is also removed from the board.
  • The bridge can be moved to a new spot even if it's not currently on the mountains.
  • The first ability checks for destroyed tiles adjacent to the mountains, not the bridge.
  • If multiple tiles are destroyed at the same time (such as from the bomb tile), the first ability will trigger once for each of those tiles. The player whose turn it is decides which order.
  • Destroying the bridge does not trigger the first ability.
  • If there is a ball blocking you from returning the bridge, remove the ball from the board first.

Required Materials:

  • Two 6mm x 2mm magnets
  • Glue

Assembly: Glue one magnet into the slots on the bridge and the body. Mind the polarities!
