PS3 3D-tv (cech-zed1u) Vesa mount and fan modules

New model, I couldn't figure out how to update my existing model upload so posting this separately.

*Update: added a single 120mm fan option but haven't tested it

After over a year my first mount has held up with no issues (aside from my screen trying to fall out from being at a downward tilt I've made some simple clips to hopefully prevent this) but anyway my screen keeps blacking out regularly due to overheating which is apparently a common problem with these so I've added dovetails to the 100x100mm mount and i have slapped together a quick standalone mount that should work too only using 2 mounting points to support my new fan module these are my first dovetails I've tried to make and are pretty tight so you might need to file/sand them a hair to get them together easier but mine fit with a little effort. The fans I went with are two 92mm 5v USB fans powered by the hidden USB service port on the display only problem is this port is always sending power even while off keeping the fans on at all times, these fans came with a switch so I can turn them off without unplugging them. it has a super long cable that I may shorten or end up plugging into my pc on a port that cuts power when I turn off my computer, but I haven't decided.

I'm using these fans here one issue I have is the screws were very long I've thickened the fan mounting portion to hopefully have the ends sit more flush and not poke the monitor but these screws vary slightly but you can always shim them out with some washers or something if yours end up longer than mine

I printed this out of PLA again at 60% infill with 4 or 5 walls thick feel free to go higher or out of something stronger, my original held fine with PLA at 50% and probably like 4 walls. and for the fan arm I think I used only like 15% infill with 3 walls. I haven't tested the standalone half mount I quickly cut up for those that might not want the Vesa adapter and not have to print the whole thing.

One final thing I have supports enabled for the 4 small M3x20mm bolt holes so the counter bore prints correctly.

Throwing my follow-up in the comments. its been a week since I designed and installed the mount & fans and the screen hasn't blacked out/restarted once. I did move my usb from that service port to my pc because I can never remember to turn off the fans so they now turn off when I shut my computer down.
