Information:

• This is a rear derailleur protector, it can either be used on MTB or road / gravel bikes.
• It does provide slight aero benefits at higher speeds.
• When used on full-suspension mountain bikes, I recommend using a lighter material with either 75% infill if you are running a downhill/enduro/trail or AM bike and using 50% infill on an XC bike.
• Designed to fit mechanical/non T-Type SRAM derailleurs, should work with Shimano derailleurs however.
• This should be able to fit to SRAM T-Type shifting systems.
• It is unlikely to prevent the derailleur hanger from bending in a large crash, but it will prevent cosmetic damage to the derailleur.
• Printing this in an infill BELOW 50% may cause the protector to deform or break on smaller impacts.
• SECURE the item to the CHAINSTAY of your bike with three zip-ties.
• If you have a full suspension bike that has a pivot below the axle that is fixed to the chainstay, the protector may collide into the derailleur when in lower gears.
