I think both triggers are the same?
You're right, I had to update the triggers a bit, but it's solved now. Thanks for letting me know!
do the triggers now work? do i need to reprint the wheel too?
I had to make the triggers a bit longer for the real joy cons, but the update works for me! There is no need to reprint the wheel, I kept that exactly the same.
Was gonna print these as a gift to my sister and brother-in-law, but I'm afraid that the slot for holding the Joycon 2 could break easily, especially if their kids try using them. PLA snapped immediately, PETG has better flex and mostly works fine but can break from minimal intentional pressure. Do you know of any solutions?
Hey! I'm not sure. They are supposed to fit tight so they don't fall out. Could you give some information on where the part broke? Also which printer are you running?
I’m using an Ender 3 V3 SE to print this. I can send my settings later if you’d like. My initial print with PLA snapped off with practically no resistance, and pretty much the entire slot came off. I’ve tried making adjustments to the model but couldn’t find any working solutions besides using PETG filament and it sorta works, but not well enough. I’ve attached a couple images here of where it broke. Currently at work right now, but I can send more later if needed.
The triggers don't work for me. They are too tight. The controller itself is tight too, but it does fit. In case it makes a difference, I printed with a Bambu Labs X1C.
